ART FAIR / FLEA MARKET
You are invited to participate in the 30th
annual Cesky Den Festival by displaying your items in the Art Fair or Flea
Market. This event is hosted by the Cesky Den Art Fair Committee. The event is
located at the Hillsboro Firemen’s Park just west of the city on state highways
82 and 33. This is a two day show on June 9 and 10, 2012.
The charge for a 10’ x 8’ inside space is $30.00
in an adjacent separate building or a 10’ x 10’ space outside can be purchased
for $25.00. There are 17 spaces inside. The first to request space inside and
pay fee will receive inside spaces.
By completing the form on the next page and
enclosing the required fee, your space will be reserved and assigned to you with
your space number in an envelope that you will receive at the gate. Please
return by May 15, 2012. The Art Fair and Flea Market are located in different
areas relatively close to each other.
Each reserved space receives one free entrance
pass and a souvenir button and free coffee is available. Additional buttons may
be purchased for $10.00 at Cesky Den.
Set up time is 7:00 AM on Saturday morning (Early
arrival is welcome). Outside spaces must furnish your own shelter, table, and
chairs. Inside spaces must furnish their own table and chairs. There will be
night security on Friday and Saturday nights.
The festival opens at 9:00 AM Saturday June 9th
and 10:00 am on Sunday June 10th. We require you to stay until 6:00 PM on
Saturday and 4:00 PM on Sunday. We ask that there are no edibles or ticket
sales, please.
